A few things you might be wondering before your first cleaning visit.
Do I need to be home?
You’re welcome to be home, but you don’t need to be. Safe access instructions are agreed before your visit. Please don’t send keys, alarm codes or door codes through the quote form.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, standard cleaning supplies are included. If your home has a special surface or a product preference, mention it when requesting your quote so your visit can be planned accordingly.
Do you work around pets?
Absolutely. Share details about your pets and any instructions that help keep them comfortable. You may be asked to secure pets safely during cleaning.
What’s the difference between Routine and Deep Reset?
Routine is ongoing care for a home that’s already in good shape. Deep Reset includes routine tasks plus details such as baseboards, blinds, trim and more attention to kitchen and bathroom buildup.
Can I book a one-time clean?
Yes. A one-time Routine Clean, Deep Reset or Move Clean can be quoted without a recurring commitment.
How long will cleaning take?
It depends on your home’s size, condition and the work you choose. An estimated time is discussed with your quote, rather than a one-size-fits-all visit.
What isn’t included?
Routine cleaning doesn’t automatically include laundry, heavy decluttering, large amounts of dishes, excessive buildup or organization. Inside appliances, cabinets and other extras can be requested as add-ons. Hazardous materials and unsafe access are outside the service scope.
What happens if something is missed?
If something is missed, please get in touch within 24 hours to explain what happened and discuss the next step.
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to change your plans? Please give notice as early as you can. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with you before you book.
How do I pay?
Your quote will include the available payment options and when payment is due. The details are agreed before your first visit.
